COVID-19 Shipping Status

Due to the current unprecedented circumstances the UK is now facing, with social distancing rules, public safety measures and the majority of the UK public staying indoors, more people now than ever are turning to online shopping, this means that most online door to door services are working beyond full capacity.

With that in mind, please understand that inevitably there might be some delays to your order.

This includes all of our postal services, Royal Mail, APC and MyHermes.

Although we have not changed the service descriptions on our website, we cannot guarantee that there wont be any delays, this includes our next day service.

Unfortunately we are no longer able to commit to our same day dispatch due to the high volumes of orders, however most of all orders will be dispatched within 2-3 working days ~ Please refrain from emailing us asking how long it will take etc. as this takes up valuable resources at a time when they are needed the most, all orders are picked, packed and dispatched at the soonest opportunity in the order that we receive them.

You will be notified once your order is being picked, packed and dispatched and you will receive a tracking link all via the email you signed up with, please check your junk folders before contacting us.

UPDATE 22/05/20

We are now back open.

Due to the high volume of orders that we receive assigned to one particular courier within a short 24 hour period, we’ve had to introduce a limit on orders that we receive per day with our chosen couriers.

All orders now placed on our website will be packed and dispatched on the date that you choose during checkout.

Packages will be delivered after these dates with the approximate times determined by the couriers.

We've had to introduce this change because of COVID-19 restrictions within the workplace, we presently have a reduced workforce and because of this we cannot process orders and dispatch them as quickly as we would normally do, added on top of that some orders we receive require special handling due to their fragile nature and some orders are shipped with multiple consignments, this then creates delays to new and existing orders.

With this method you will know the date your order will be dispatched and the approximate time it takes to deliver. We will review this over time when COVID-19 restrictions become less of an issue.
